Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is 7 months her birth weight was 3.5 kgs and now she is weighing 7 kgs when she was 6 months also she had same weight i.e 7 kg any diet advice??

A. baby is 7 month old Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it feed for 10 to 15 min from each side it should triple the birth weight by 1 year of age

A. If I just look at the birth weight then it does seem less to me but according to the age it is quite appropriate but since your child has not gained appropriately I’m going to advise you that you consult a nutrition expert they can advise you with the right kind of diet plan that you should be following for the child
