#AskTheExpert Hi, my baby is 11 months old and his weight is 7 kgs, his birth weight was 3 kgs. however he is very active but what should i do to improve his weight

Chitradevi PGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, By one year, your child have to be triple by his birth weight. Feed more nutritious foods to your child for proper weight gain. Offer three to four healthy meals plus two healthy snacks. Feed your baby smaller amount of foods more often if the baby refuse to eat foods. Thank you.
