You have to just see the child should not be uncomfortable which may be because of factors like temperature of the room nasal blockage some discomfort like infantile colic or hunger.
In older children a proper discipline is required so that the sleeping pjoattern can be scheduled according to a proper time try to avoid gtoo much of screen time with sometimes can be the causative factor for disturbed sleep.
SanthoshiMom of a 1 yr 9 m old girl1 Year agoA. Ensure to follow the same sleep routine every day.make sure that baby has good dinner. Give tummy full foods for better sleep. Also give warm milk before bedtime. Night dinner food and milk will keep tummy fillingand bbay will have a peaceful sleep and you can also have a good sleep. If still baby wakes up Avoid day time sleep or you can give warm bath before bedtime.
