A. Hi mom Every baby is different in achieving milestones. Babies they start to sit independently when they are of 8-9 months old. So u can wait for some more time for the baby to sit himself.. Secondly Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge, pumpkin puree etc. This will help in weight gain of the baby
