#AskTheExpert my son is 7months old but still not starting sitting also not healthy.sometimes looks ok but sometimes look weak what should be the reason pls help.

Every baby is different in achieving milestones. Babies they start to sit independently when they are of 8-9 months old. So u can wait for some more time for the baby to sit himself..
Secondly
Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge, pumpkin puree etc. This will help in weight gain of the baby
