A. Dear mum, you can begin with foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.

A. starting you need to give one spoon then after 3 to 4 days two spoon then after 3 to 4 days three spoon in similar way once a day then twice a day then three times you can give ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables remember one new food one at a time you can use Babyhug steel bowl with spoon
