#asktheexpert my son is 6 months old. is flu vaccine essential? And is feeding water essential at this stage, especially during summer?

A. Flu vaccine is optional vaccine so it’s your well sh to take it or not and also yes as baby is six months old you can start giving water few sips a couple of times in a day

A. if you baby is only on milk then it is okay if you are not giving water but if you feel like you can start giving water after 6 months of age and it is not compulsory to give flu vaccine but it is good as it increases the immunity of your baby and protects your baby
