#AskTheExpert my son is 5 months and 5 Days old.Doctor has suggested this syrup is still 6 months. may I know what will be the reason. his birth weight was 3 kg and now it's 6.6kg. still he has not rolled over

It’s normally given due to some deficiencies and that’s given to all the kids so it’s normal to n given to all the kids so u can continue with the same for atleast one year so kindly continue with that so after that if u wanna give them u can check with your doc
