#asktheexpert my son is 5 month old and is preterm.. he does not take milk properly.. he is on formula Aptamil Gold.. can I start cow milk or is there any alternative.. his weight gain is also too slow

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello cow milk or any animal milk should not be given till the child complete one year so if breastfeeding is not possible then infant formula milk is the option and you can be giving any of the infant formula milk that suits your kid which should be safe and nothing to worry about
