Yes dear even i am giving Aptamil Gold stage 1, my baby has indigestion issue and constipation issue. after switching to this formula milk.... my baby never faced colid, pain, gastric or constipation... it has HMOs and prebiotic which is similar to breast milk and this formula milk improves indigestion and gut health... provides complete nutrition for overall growth development....

Also you can look for other brands like Simi lac, Nan pro, lactogen, dexolac etc they are all well known brands for baby formula milk..
