ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. hello mam normally the upper front teeth came around the age of 6 to 6.5 years but in some kids it can be early or late also you can wait for two three months

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom permanent teeth start come around 6-12 years.. Maintain oral hygiene. Make ur child brush teeth twice a day, one in in the morning and one before sleeping. take care and all the best
