#AskTheExpert my son is 4yr 4mo old, he is a gud eater but limits quantity on every item, he isn't gaining height and weight, he is very active. My concern is not about weight but height. He is 15kg weight and 100cm height. Could you please help me on which food is a must in every day meal

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom height to a very extent depends on ones family genes only , nothing much can be done, a slight variation is acceptable as per the range so not to worry about it
