#asktheexpert My daughter 3 yr 10 month old is the smallest in class, height is just 93 CM. weight is 13.6 kg. and she is not a picky eater, eats well. anything that would help in gaining weight and height.

Indulge in some physical activity like hanging stretching basket ball swimming running etc for height increase.
Secondly
Give all that you cook for ur family.
Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi chicken etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
