Q.

#AskTheExpert My son is 4 yrs old, he is having small small wounds in his legs and hands, due to mosquito bite he gets more itching and scratches it often and it becomes a permanent wound. One of my friend says due to less WBC count also they get the wound like this. Is it possible to be like that??
