#AskTheExpert my son is 4 years old but he doesn't speak properly. he can say two three words at a time but couldn't frame a sentence. moreover he doesn't respond to most of the questions asked to him like what are you doing etc. plz guide us.

This makes it hard to coordinate the lips, tongue, and jaw to make speech sounds. These kids also might have other oral-motor problems, such as feeding problems.
