#AskTheExpert My son is 4 year and 4months old he has trouble in eating foods he don't like to eat anything even if he is hungry he don't want to have his food...only he is eating daily foods with compulsions if we allow he is starving for the full day how can I handle this?

At this stage, kids are very active and they forgot that they are hungry. I would suggest to sit together and eat together. So that baby develope habit of eating on fixed timing and doesn't get hungry.
Offer more proteins and calcium rich diet.
