Q.

#asktheexpert Hi, my baby is 4months old. she has thyroid. she is completely on my feed. what are the foods that I should avoid eating. if I eat potato once in a while does that affect my baby health?

A. you can have all the food which you were taking regularly After delivery you should have more of easy to Digest food and adequate water intake to maintain proper hydration as you are breastfeeding and most of your water content goes through it Avoid taking food which causes constipation and include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet
