#asktheexpert My son is 3 months old. Whenever he cries with colic pains his grandparents try to soothe him with screen times. Also the other times of the day when he is randomly playing they ask me to do other household chores and keep on showing him screen wheather its due to video chat or video of songs

Let me inform you these two or three things you really need to know about it first of all screen is the most unhealthy form of entertainment for the child which can lead to slowing of brain growth eyes can get affected and it can actually affect the overall growth of your child secondly if you want to put on the music you can put lullabies or something which are sensible for the child to listen to showing screen and playing on music is very unhealthy you should talk to your in-laws about it this is not a good behaviour for a child
