A. whenever the child is crying excessively you have to take hold of the child in the arms. you have to find the cause of excessive crying because it can be due to either hunger or it might be due to colic at this age. after breastfeeding also if the the crying continues you can give anti colic medicines and massage and treatment on the line of colic pain. you can walk briskly by holding the child on the shoulder and also sing a lullaby. f also see for any local discomfort or temperature variations (hot or cold). for nasal blockage related crying give nasal saline drops. observe for oral ulcers or fungal infection causing pain.

A. Bonnisan five drops you can give once and maximum four times in the day this medicine can be used please keep it handy as this is the safest medicine for you to use and which is what is going to be useful for you throughout the time because its face is problem for initial 6 months to 1 years
