Q.
#AskTheExpert My son is 3 months old he is not poop without the help of castor oil. My mom feed castor oil in early morning for poop.if we not gave means that full day he is not excrete that waste. and also we gave hot water but it's not help to poop. so there is any other idea for poop?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. don't give water n castor oil to 3 month old baby. typically breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowl movement is ok.
