#AskTheExpert my son is 3 months old ,he has cough and I can hear the sound when he breathes it's like mucus in throat and chest ,what is the treatment for that and he poops five to six times in day in exclusive breastfeeding.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. the baby is able to breastfeed and there is no fever then continue giving his team to baby three times in a day but if there is any respiratory difficulties and consult a doctor nearby

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom Such a case you should try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. You can use nasal clear drops to clean baby’s nose. You can also give indirect steam with warm water but be are very careful while giving steam. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
