A. Giving steam is best option. Try little nutmeg oil in feet and chest. You can also make a potli of ajwain and long keep it next to baby while asleep.

A. Cough and Cold along witvuh the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be gibven frequently to relieve the symptoms.
