Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. if the child is having inguinal hernia you will have to see which type of inguinal hernia it is and accordingly treatment options are decided and the waiting period it is decided whether it has to be operated or not so better to meet your pediatrician as well as paediatric surgeon
