#asktheexpert my son is 3 5 years old his speech is delayed and no eye contact and response ....what is the treatment of autism kindly suggest me

A. Hello.. You need to get in touch with your city's best Child development center for assessment and if they diagnose ur child having mild Autism then they will suggest you to take Occupational Therapy and Speech therapy for better results, but let me tell you on my personal experience that it will take time for any therapys to come in effect that is about 3-6 months. A. A proper assessment is required here so regarding this it is more favourable to contact your local doctor and accordingly he will guide in a propehiir manner. If any more queries you can take online consfultation on the platform for a detailed discussion .
