#AskTheExpert my son is 3.3 years but he is not able to speak yet, he is ok with other activities what can I do?

A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years ofgtt age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

See by the age of three years kids should start speaking if they don’t then we do advise you to get a check with a speech therapist one it’s good that your child is active doing proper activities but speech plays a very important role so I think now it is time that you consult a speechWrite Your Answer Here
