mam,as kids grow they gain their self identity,so they have their own specific likes and dislikes.
but don't worry as their likes and dislikes are not permanent.
just keep your trying best by offering variety of food items.
prepare food with different color,taste or different texture.
for example
you can offer milk with different flavors like kesar milk, fig milkshake, dates milk, milk with honey, milk with dry fruits etc
or you can prepare kheer , milkshake, smoothie etc instead of offering plain milk.
