#asktheexpert My son is 2.7. He always has constipation and he cries a lot during poop. He does not eat properly. What should I do. we consulted doctors they give medicines and he has loose motions but we want him to adapt to the nature process.

Sowmya MMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl1 Year agoA. hello actually constipation is very much common at the stage try to give one banana every day avoid fibre food items give lot of fluid item liquid water and soft food items ghee is very much important add it everyday in the daily diet make you baby to sit in the warm water everyday during the bathing time let your baby play at least 15 to 20 minutes in the tab but make sure you stay with your baby had them toys to the tab and make your baby to sit in the tab and play the helps in reducing the
