#asktheexpert my daughter 3 years old is having constipation...do potty in 2-3 days and cries during potty ...what can I do

A. Regularly apply castor oil in the navel of the child and start the day with a glass of warm water try to include more of fibres and fluids into the diet of your child which is what is going to hydration better digestion and motion
