#AskTheExpert my son is 2.5 years old. we really struggle to make him eat his lunch and dinner. basically we have to spoon feed him and also he consumes only by watching mobile or cartoon on TV. would like to know the best practices to make him eat lunch and dinner on his own?

sir,first stop giving mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time.
to make your child eat better ,make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
Avoid force feeding.
add variety of food items in your child diet so he/she get encouragement to take interest in them.
