#AskTheExpert my son is 19month old but he can't walk without support and he is very week his weight is 8•8kg only and also he is not drinking milk,he only feed when he is going to sleep i am very concern about his health, please give us some advice for his weight gain or good health so that he could walk his own...

A. weight is less.. Babies who aren't walking yet should be encouraged to play actively on the floor.  Stand on the other side of the room and encourage your baby to walk towards you.  give push toys. Place a toy just out of reach of your baby, above them, or located in a spot they have to standtoo walk till theirs.. consult once ur doctor to rule out the cause walking delay

A. Provide a variety of age appropriate foods over three meals and two to three snacks per day.Choose higher fat cuts of meat (rib eye, T-bone, medium ground beef), dark meat from chicken and fatty fish like salmon.Use whole milk, cheese, cream and yogurt (3% M.F. or higher).
