Q.
#AskTheExpert my son is 18 months old. he doesn't respond to voices, he can hear properly when I knock on door he turn back to see who has come. but when we call his name he doesn't turn. I'm very much concern about it.

This shows that baby can hear properly but not responding to your voices of calling him. May be this is due to some understanding dear. Some babies do have some issues but mostly get away with time.
Try to call when you are near to him and then check what he responds through smile or not.
