Neha SharmaMom of a 11 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. If you see that babies eyebrows swollen then there may be many reasons for that like maybe baby has hurt himself and if baby this swelling dosen't get normal then you should consult your doctor and tell them from how long bbay has this swelling.
