#AskTheExpert My son is 13 month old .but he is not able to walk independently? what should I do?

A. walking with support will come any time between 9 months to 15 months of age. walking without support will come maximum by 18 months of age so before that there is no need to worry and you have to just continue regular diet of the child( food made from cereals pulses fruits veggies milk) as well as baby massage and regular massage will also help in improvingc the muscle strength which will help in walking. regular encouragement for the child to walk

A. Assisted Walking: Stand behind your child, place your hands around his upper arms, and pull him up to a standing position. Gently pull one arm forward and then the other. His feet will naturally follow as he rotates his hips to step. Keep practicing walking until your baby is ready to stop.
