Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. it need spoo shampoo then .There is no need to worry for this it looks normal for this age and just keep a watch for the problem if you feel that there is problem that is there then you can consult Doctor nearby for the same .
