#asktheexpert My son is 1 yr old and no teething signs yet. Should I be concerned or any requirements in diet that I should do?

A. Hi no don't get tensed.. teething is a natural process and it can take place anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months. so wait for some more time and meanwhile keep checking for the signs of teething.

A. Hi parent Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Give her calcium and vitamin C rich diet. Baajra raagi and jau are full of calcium but start with small quantity only Give her all.seasonal.fruits.
