Q.

#asktheexpert my son is 1 month old, his birth weight is 2.2, and current weight is 2.7, we are giving him formula + mother milk alternative. Currently we are giving him 60 ml every 2 hours. Wanted to know now we need to increase the milk quantity also can we now only go with mother milk as his birth weight was less so dr suggested to give formula milk as well at that time

A. Your child has gained 500 g which is good but don’t you think you’re already over feeding the child because 60 ML of milk is meant to be given to a child who is two months older or in the age of two months right now it should be approximately 30 ML only
