#AskTheExpert can i give 7 small meals to 13 month baby. out of 7 meals 2 are milk, 1 fruit, 1 cerelac, 1 daal rice sbji and 1 milk and roti and simple dal. current weight is 10.40kg birth weight was 3.5kg

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. the weight is on the higher side so you do not need to over feed the baby and let there be proper time between two meals for proper digestion and the weight should ideally be 9 to 10 kg by one year of age
