shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum this can be the dryness to initially you can try by applying virgin coconut oil on it if still there is not any difference then this can be because of the skin allergy or Eczema or can be because of the deficiency of the calcium in that case you need to consult with your doctor
