A. However, some babies are born with a tooth, and some still have a completely gummy smile on their first birthday. If your baby still doesn't have any teeth at 10 months he is, almost certainly, just taking his time. The chances are that late teething runs in the family. Talk to your baby's grandparents.it's recommended to speak with a dental professional if they don't have teeth when they turn nine months, remember that the normal age range for a baby's first tooth is wide and ranges from four to 15 months!
