White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very importadnt and mainrtain a good hygiene .

it could be pitraysis alba , nutritional deficiencies,worm Infection or dry skin etc
so , please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your child well hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
but if it is increasing ,it is better to check with your pediatrician or dermatologist.
