Kids actually don’t have tears in this age so maybe your child is having a tear duct blockage which is leading to have tears all the time into the eyes of the child you can consult the doctor they’ll tell you what’s needed to be done also massage the nose of your child in between the area of the eyes clockwise and anticlockwise three times in the day
