A. hi since how many days ? i am asking because if fever is there for more than 3 days , it needs medical intervention please keep your child well hydrated give decocotion of warm water ,tulsi leaves ,pinch of salt, ajwain seeds ,give it in 4 tbsp quantity twice in a day.
