A. hi rashes are caused by many reasons like dry skin, allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics, heat or sweating or infection so please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes keep your child in well vantileted room avoid using suspected cosmetics. give bath with warm water and neem leaves avoid using soap while bathing your child don't give bath for more than 10 minutes keep your child hydrated keep an eye on your child diet maintain good hygiene
