Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. kindly apply baby moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor and do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

If Just a dry skin issues that I am going to advise you to start using NMFE vitamin E cream it’s very healthy very very nourishing for dry skin in the beginning since you are saying it is very dry start applying it about 2 to 3 times in a day and then two times in a day you can use it for as long as you want to turn off the finest options that you can go for
