how you conclude that a child is weak?
is your child having low weight?
is your child showing discomfort like feeling exhausted or having low apetite ,low immunity?
if yes then you must give home cooked Healthy food items like green veggies, fresh fruits ,nuts , pulses, beans, dairy products in your child diet.
avoid giving outside food.
