NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello yes coconut water can be given for the child when the child is having fever and it will help to keep the child well hydrated and it is in fact good to be given when the child is not well and you can give it anytime which is not a problem and it would be very beneficial
