Q.

#AskTheExpert My son has developed a very mild black brown spot on his cheeks. Its been 3 days. Not got worse. Seems like reducing but not much. No other symptom or pain. What should I do.. Please advise.

A. kindly apply baby moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor and do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

Hi mommy Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
