It’s an early pigmentation kind of a situation that is what I can see because the skin is flawless and suddenly there is a patch that I can see so I think that’s basically pigmentation and it could be genetic from the parents of either side some kids have a really early in the age usually it’s not very common but it can happen there possibility to do it so you should consult a dermatologist once
