#asktheexpert my son has a sweet tooth.. is it okay to eat too much of sweets?

A. no it is not ok to give plenty of sweet food to the child because in the long run it will lead to metabolic problems in the health of the child so as a mother you have to check the amount of sugar consumed by the child

A. Hello dear parent, of course not. Too much of anything is bad. Sweets should be consumed in limit. Almost every child likes to eat sweet but you have to hide sweets, chocolates, candies etc from the child. As these can lead to tooth decay. Also too much of sweet can reduce calcium content in the body.
