What care can I take now? i had held his hand immediately under running tap water and had applied burnol on the burn. Have given him ibrufen syrup. A. Use any ointment which contains silver sulfasalazine as a composition, Never try to rub or burst them. Give paracetamol and Cetrizine. Protect that part from the dirt and keep them dry and clean.
