A. Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him or her eat. offer fruit juice. Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid. Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc. change the appearance of regular veggies you serves.. Involve your child in making prices of vegetables.. or even plant some veggies in home kitchen.. of possible.
